As with most candidates Greg Brush had nothing to do with completing the campaign finance report recently filed with the Board of Elections. I personally will apologize for the errors -- while I was employed by the Board of Elections at no time did I work in the Campaign Finance department, and therefore I am now learning the various forms, and am reading the countless pages of rules on how to complete them. I, as well as the Clerk, have not intentionally misled anyone. An amended report will be filed with the Board of Elections and I am available to discuss this report, and the campaign with anyone who is truly interested.

Please feel free to contact me regarding the other accusations, as I feel discussing my family members, all of whom are gainfully employed, on this website a disservice to them. For me to argue half truths and mis-statements with this individual would be a waste of time. To discuss this further with either Greg or myself, we are listed in the phone book, please call.

Editor's note: Thank you for the clarification. The article never stated there an intention to mislead. The article simply pointed out numerous errors and the relationship of the donors to the Appointed official.

Aren’t all you Democrats for Regionalism.
I am for the regional approach as it relates to providing goods and services, but not for paving over the entire Region. I am a Conservative because I thought that meant conserving things of value, providing opportunity for each person's talents to flourish.

I should remind you that the majority of benefits of Austin Road are in Montgomery County.
Provide the links about the benefits for all in the Region. This is more of the same investment in sprawl that has lead us into this current housing crisis and eroded the resiliency of the Regional Economy.

The Demobloggers here in this county never debate on facts, just name calling and extremism.
The facts are evident, but you either championed this idiocy or are ignoring the obvious facts on the project and how it drains the region of resources that should be invested elsewhere.

Back to the conversation, now that Chuck has fallen, what is Debbie doing besides posing for photos and shopping in GREENE county, or at least frequenting the bars there.

I liked seeing Debbie at the Greene, at least she got out and interacted with the populace unlike the other bums who spent their time at the Racquet Club deciding what is best for their friends while laughing at the people that they fleece from their vulture's perch. Idiots as we hold the results to be self evident.

Look every time Chuckie came up for election his mug would be on some Montgomery County infomercial about Recycling or something, but it was about his mug. BFD on the website, who the hell looks at the thing. Chuckie was using MC taxpayer dollars to enrich Warren County. He is a TRAITOR and you are an ACCOMPLICE - Off with their heads.

ed note: Aren't all you Democrats for Regionalism. What is good for Warren County is good for Dayton? I should remind you that the majority of benefits of Austin Road are in Montgomery County. The schools get a boost, Miamisburg and Miami Township get new housing and retail, why call him a traitor. The Demobloggers here in this county never debate on facts, just name calling and extremism. Back to the conversation, now that Chuck has fallen, what is Debbie doing besides posing for photos and shopping in GREENE county, or at least frequenting the bars there.

Chuck Curran acting as a commissioner while in Warren County wasn’t distributing his famous brown bags or campaign lit.

Mr X. is good as he follows the Limbaugh, Savage, Hannity moded of ignoring the Forest and concentrating on the tree.

Curran acting as a MONTGOMERY COUNTY Commissioner and is being singled out because he championed MONTGOMERY COUNTY WATER being piped to Warren Country. Why are Mont. Taxpayers financing Warren County growth?

Horrors - A toothBrush - with a sticker. You go boy! Get that corruption.

ed note: With Democratic policies continuing to push business out of this town, selling water to Warren County sounds like a good idea. It took ten years for the city of Dayton and the County to agree on Dayton's water supply. Sell it if you have it. This isn't corruption. No one called it that. It is simply everyone, especially the likes of you and Bock and Robinette, ignoring the Dem's using their office to Campaign. If this was a Democrat you would all be screaming. Why hasn't Dayton OS exposed the County Website as Debbie Lieberman's personal MySpace page. Why is it that she and Foley and Commission "President" Dodge are in EVERY photo on that webpage?

He is either using taxpayer dollars to distribute toothBRUSHes for his campaign, or is distributing campaign garbage while acting in his capacity of County Clerk. Which is it?

I do not see proof of this accusation in your post. I do not see why one politician should stop pushing the envelope on this "advertising", as I see many on TV and most are Republican. I even remember Charles Curran (R-Montgomery County Commissioner) cutting the ribbon at an event located in Warren County.

Also, don’t point to Republican leadership and success at the heads of the above mentioned organizations

Head met sand as there is absolutely no proof that Republican leadership in the state, local and federal operations has been remotely successful unless you count thievery of the public treasury and marketing that it is a good idea.

ed note: Read the post again. While presenting as Clerk of Courts to city goverments, Greg is distributing his campaign toothbrushes. I am sure when Chuck Curran acting as a commissioner while in Warren County wasn't distributing his famous brown bags or campaign lit. Greg, while acting as Clerk is doing exactly that with his toothbrushes. Of course, you could be right, Greg the Clerk could be taking an interest in Montgomery County's dental hygiene.

Yes,

Every politician of every stripe changes the lettering the day they are sworn in and your point?

I would argue that the Republicans get more free advertising and cover in this town and state than the Democrats. Where do all the Republicans get their cover? DDC, DCC, Sinclair, UD, Miami University.

Keep brushing.

ed note: Yes they do change the lettering on the doors. But Greg added the letters to vehicles that had been previously blank. Most elected officials, with the sheriff excluded, do not mark their vehicles with their names. Are brushes at taxpayer expense okay with you? Is campaigning on county time okay with you? Or do you only oppose it if it is Republicans? Also, don't point to Republican leadership and success at the heads of the above mentioned organizations as free publicity that is poor debating even for you.

Does Heck honestly expect us to believe that there wasn't the slightest hint of a hookup here?

I love Lieberman's remorse..."I didn't think it would go public..." Too bad the GOP isn't running someone against her. If this was a Republican the DDN would crucify them.

Way to go Deb!! How do we go about getting the mug shot??

ed note:
The X is vigorously investigating the relationship of Judge Heck and the Defendant Debbie Lieberman. Stay tuned for more information. Freedom of Information Act Requests are being compiled at this time.
